Position Summary:
Provide quality care to residents by following support plans in order to assist them with their specific needs.
Available Shifts:
All Shifts, FT/PT/PRN
Education Qualifications:
High School Diploma.
GED (General Education Diploma).
Certified as a Direct Care Staff (PCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
Essential Functions:
Assist the residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as transfers, bathing, dressing, toileting and more. Provide companionship and care for residents and families. Work as a team with residents, families, and coworkers. Other job duties and assigned.
Pay Range:
$17-$23 depending on years of experience, with a potential increase after performance reviews.
Physical Demands:
Being able to assist with resident transfers/ambulation and to stand, sit and walk for extended period of time.
